For travel advisers and tour operators
Bring us a client brief, a route you would like to refine or an idea that needs local context. We discuss the interests, preferred pace, hotel style and practical expectations of your travellers, then develop a programme around the agreed brief.
A connected ground programme
Partnership discussions can cover accommodation, private transfers, guiding, local experiences and arrival arrangements. Domestic flights, trains and wildlife permits can be considered where the route needs them. The scope of our work and the responsibilities of each party are agreed in writing.
For retreat leaders and special-interest groups
If your journey centres on wellbeing, textiles, food, photography or another shared interest, tell us about your group and the purpose of the visit. We can discuss suitable settings, rooming, activity spaces, meals and travel before or after the main programme. Venue facilities and specialist requirements are checked for the proposed dates.
For local hosts and places to stay
We would like to hear from characterful properties, knowledgeable guides, makers and hosts whose work offers a thoughtful connection to a place. Share your location, the experience you offer, practical facilities and how guests can visit respectfully. A conversation helps establish whether there is a good fit.
Clear roles and communication
Before accepting a programme, we agree the services, pricing basis, booking procedure, payment schedule and cancellation conditions. We also establish who communicates with travellers, how changes are approved and which contacts handle operational questions. Client information is shared only as needed for the agreed work.
Send us a useful first brief
Email hello@travelinlayers.com with your name, company or organisation, website if you have one, and the kind of collaboration you have in mind. For a journey enquiry, include approximate dates, group size, destinations, hotel preferences and budget. Please leave passport copies and sensitive client documents out of the initial message.
