Journey ideas and indicative prices
Published itineraries are starting points for a private journey and can be adapted. Starting prices are indicative and depend on travel dates, occupancy, hotel category and availability. Hotel photographs and upgrade suggestions illustrate possible stays; they do not automatically form part of the starting price.
Your written quotation
Review the route, dates, guest details, hotel and room categories, meals, transfers, guiding and activities stated in the proposal. The quotation should identify inclusions, exclusions, currency and any supplements. Raise any special requests before confirming so that the available arrangements can be checked.
Availability, confirmation and payment
An enquiry or an online itinerary is not a booking confirmation. Services are subject to availability, and the booking process, payment schedule and confirmation requirements are explained in your written proposal. Follow the payment instructions provided for your booking. Our website enquiry forms do not collect payment card details.
Amendments, cancellation and refunds
Applicable amendment conditions, cancellation charges and refund arrangements are provided before you commit. These may differ between hotels, transport, permits and other services. Please ask for the schedule relevant to your dates and arrangements, and send any change or cancellation request in writing so it can be recorded accurately.
Travel documents and personal requirements
Check the entry requirements that apply to your nationality and journey with the relevant official authorities. Travellers are responsible for valid travel documents and suitable insurance. Tell us about mobility, dietary, rooming or assistance needs during planning so we can confirm what the proposed services can accommodate.
Changes during travel
Weather, closures, transport schedules, permit availability and other local conditions can affect a programme. Material changes are communicated and alternatives discussed where possible. Wildlife sightings and specific natural conditions cannot be guaranteed.
